Let me start this by saying I have bought a lot of vehicles from dealers and personal sellers. But I have never been treated with so much respect and kindness as I have been from Mullinax. More importantly from HOLLY from the moment I called her over this truck. She hit the ground running. She stayed over 3 hours late just for us to come see it and test drive it. She answered every question she could and if she couldn’t answer it. She found the answer. The dealership was great too. Got my financing the way I wanted. And went thru the truck with a fine tooth calm. When they advertise no fees. They are not lying. All we paid was the total of the truck and the taxes not a dollar more. They weren’t pushy. And they made sure it was tip top before we could pick it up. I can not stress how wonderful holly was. If you are in the market for a vehicle go see my girl!!!

Mullinax is a top-notch dealership. Their Service Department is so knowledgeable. They keep you informed of all repairs and the costs associated with those repairs, prior to performing any repairs. I highly recommend them.

Falsely Certified Truck & Ghosted by GM Brian to Avoid 14-Day Return PolicyI bought into Mullinax Ford’s "Certified Pre-Owned Hassle-Free" promise as an out-of-state buyer, but it has been a nightmare. I placed a deposit on a 2022 Nissan Titan on Aug 16. I signed the paperwork via 2-day FedEx and Mullinax received it back finalized on Sept 2. The shipper dropped the truck off to me on Sept 4. According to their own disclaimer, my 14-day/1,000-mile return window officially started on Sept 4.Within this window, the truck’s battery completely died and left me stranded out of state. Their "Certified" multi-point inspection completely missed or ignored that the truck still had its original 4-year-old factory battery. I had to pay $180 out of pocket for a replacement just to make it safe.I called General Manager Brian today, Sept 14, at noon. He explicitly promised to call me back and then completely ghosted me. It is obvious management is dodging my calls to try and run out the clock on my 14-day return window so they don't have to cover a basic $180 oversight. Do not trust their "Certified" labels or their customer service. GM Brian, call me back and reimburse my $180
