He answered every question we had, made the entire process easy, and genuinely seemed to care that we were happy with our purchase—not just about making a sale. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but he made the whole experience enjoyable and exciting. Even after the sale, he made sure we understood everything and were completely taken care of. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days.
