I have bought other cars form dealerships we just purchased 2024 Hyundai for my wife they were not near as prelesional

I bought an F150 XLT in 2017, dealt with Shawn Ewbanks, who was great. The entire process was fantastic, so in 2024 when ready to trade, I came back. This time I had the pleasure of dealing with Derek Anlage. I could not have been happier with the service and expertise that Derek gave me. I looked around at other dealerships, but no one met Mullinax quality in knowledge and service, thus I came back for my second F150 with Mullinax. I tell everyone how pleased I have been!

I like the non haggle price concept. Hadn’t used this before. Simplified everything. From the salesman to the finance mgr everything was top notch. Kudos for the finance man, he tried closing me four times on an extended warranty. With each solid “not interested” he offered another option. Even down to the most basic. As a former VP of Sales, for a major corporation ( ThomsonReuters) I appreciated his selling skills to find some kind of an option.

GREAT selection of New and Used vehicles... some of the 'used' ones look just as good as the new units. I drove down from Columbus, MS to get what I wanted- My sales guy (Michael Steiber) is VERY knowledgeable- I had some pretty technical questions about trucks, and he was spot-on with info. While I had a minor difficulty selecting options for my appointment, Crystal was able to smooth everything out and insure that I had a great experience.
