I am really pleased with Mullinax Ford Mobile. I had not purchased a car in a very long time. I had owned the same vehicle since 2014—a 2012 Ford Fusion SEL—so this was a big purchase for me. I am especially pleased with one representative by the name of Errol. When I tell you he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, I mean it. Whether it was financing, the APR, or anything else, he answered every question I asked, and I never felt overwhelmed during the purchase process. I was able to purchase a 2026 Ford Explorer, and my overall experience with Errol was a 10 out of 10. My overall experience with Mullinax Ford Mobile was also a 10 out of 10. I will most definitely be back for future purchases, whether for myself or for my children. Keep up the great work, Mullinax Ford Mobile!

We were traveling from out of town. The vehicle we were driving was giving us issues so we scheduled and appointment here. We couldn’t find a rental car so we decided to purchase a new car. They made the this stressful situation very easy for us. We are very grateful for their help.

Great experience all around

This is the second car I have bought from Mulinex. It is a great buying experience. Both the truck and Bronco i purchased from Jacob Poeschl who Both times let us take our time and walked us through the whole process. I appreciate a employee like Jacob.

Buying a car is generally not something I would look forward to - particularly buying a car 100’s of miles away. But dealing with NIcole of Mullinax Ford totally flipped the story. She was pleasant to deal with, extremely quick with replies, was proactive (like setting me up with the Ford App), she’s smart, funny, thorough and honest. My husband and I live near Atlanta and couldn’t find the exact F250 we were looking for. Mobile, Al turned out to be the closest dealer and we really lucked out. The process was seamless and fast with no hiccups nor surprises. Thank you, Nicole — we’d buy a car/truck from you any day.
