I’m my opinion, Mullinax Ford, Mobile is not a trust worthy dealership and I will not recommend them at all. I was under the impression that I had remotely purchased a vehicle and was waiting to complete the paperwork. Then, some two hours later I was told that a different group of people had came in and were buying my Jeep. The salesman, who I believe to be Chris McGraw had no answers for me, but understood me being “aggravated”. I put my trust in Mullinax to give them my business. I trusted their process to make the purchase happen. And, I trusted their sales person (Chris McGraw?) to represent and guide me through the sale process in my absence. A complete failure across the board.

The service department took my truck in on time and finished on time. They service advisor kept me posted on the progress while I waited in the lounge are for customers. No complaints.

Colby was excellent to work with, answered all of my questions clearly and quickly as an out if state buyer and even called to provide updates on ford rewards points and taxes being sent to my local tax office. This team will have me return for future ford purchases.

Chris McGraw my sales rep and Terence the sales manager were great! This was the fastest experience I have ever had buying a truck. I found the truck I wanted on their website and Chris texted me within seconds of submitting my inquiry. When I arrived the truck was parked out front ready to go. I think I spent less than an hour in the dealership and was on my way. No back and forth spending all day in there, it was straight forward and easy. Will buy here again.
