Was looking for a one owner, no accidents, Blue Certified 2020 F250SD Lariat, not an easy find for the price but Mullinax had it. We had some special circumstances with time windows to get everything done and Cameron made it happen. He was readily accessible to answer questions. I scheduled an appointment for the works on my F250. I arrived a little before my appointment and before I could get out of my truck someone was there waiting on me to take it back. By driving 60 miles to Mullinax Ford I saved a significant amount of money compared to nearer Ford dealerships. The same new vehicle was less and the trade in value for my truck was larger. I had an excellent, no pressure sales person. Highly recommended.

Salesman Vonte Law was fantastic! 10 out of 10. Genuine, sincere, friendly & very helpful in helping find the right vehicle for me. Only downside is that I was told the car would be detailed prior to me picking it up. Windows were smudged, baseboards were not cleaned, this was definitely not what I was expecting . Whatever amount of money being paid to the detailing company is money down the toilet! When spending the amount of money that I spent for my 2025 Expedition, it should have been spotless!

Falsely Certified Truck & Ghosted by GM Brian to Avoid 14-Day Return PolicyI bought into Mullinax Ford’s "Certified Pre-Owned Hassle-Free" promise as an out-of-state buyer, but it has been a nightmare. I placed a deposit on a 2022 Nissan Titan on Aug 16. I signed the paperwork via 2-day FedEx and Mullinax received it back finalized on Sept 2. The shipper dropped the truck off to me on Sept 4.
