After WAY too much analysis, I decided what truck I wanted. After searching all over the southeast for what I wanted for a reasonable price, I landed at Mulllinax in Mobile. Price wise, for exactly what I wanted, they beat the other folks by nearly $10,000. Even more important to me than that is, I HATE the haggle process. I'm not good at it. Very efficient sales process and good communication through the whole process. You need to do your own due dilligence in financing but they were easy to work with on that also. I didn’t have to do much follow up at all. Just sign and drive.

Don’t really have anything bad to say. All the people were nice. The vehicle could have been a little more cleaner though. Finger prints where they pulled panels off to get to wire for the recall, I guess. Sticker tore off back glass and not finished getting off. Clear plastic still stuck on fender wells on back passenger side.

Chris worked very hard to get us the truck we wanted. Unfortunately, on our end, there was a delay in our down payment hitting our bank account, so he got approval for us to put down a minimal amount to hold the truck until the money hit our account a few days later. Terence closed the deal for us once the money was there as Chris was off that day. Both were very helpful and we appreciate the extra effort they both put in for us. Great team and we will definitely be back when in need of another vehicle.

Buying process was smooth up through the purchase.
They charge Mobile city tax (2.25%) and Mobile county sales tax (.5%) on the full purchase price. They mail you a form (attached) after you purchase to reimburse you the difference if you overpay on city taxes based on where you register your vehicle.
However, if you do not live inside any city limits (unincorporated) they keep the full city tax amount collected.
